Board of Teton County Commissioners

The Board meets the first and third Thursdays of each month in the meeting room of the Teton County Courthouse in Choteau.  The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m.  An agenda for each meeting may be obtained from the Board at or from the Teton County Clerk and Recorder at 406-466-2693.  For an issue to be placed on the agenda for the next scheduled meeting, please contact the Board at 406-466-2151. 


Ninth Judicial District Court of Teton County/ HONORABLE ROBERT G. OLSON

Normal Law and Motion days are scheduled as follows at 10:00 A.M.   Court is held in the courtroom on the third floor of the Teton County Courthouse in Choteau.  A copy of the Court Docket may be obtained from the Clerk of Court at 406-466-2909.

Court Times: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.  Unless otherwise scheduled in the Court Room, Justice Court is held on the 3rd floor of the Court House in Judge Wesley D. Myhre's office.  Judge Myhre or his Clerk can be reached at 406-466-5611.




Court is held at the Choteau City Hall on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month at 9:00 A.M.

Court is held at the Fairfield Town Office on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month at 1:00 P.M.

Teton County Search and Rescue

The Teton County Search and Rescue holds its regular meetings/training on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m.  The meetings are held in the Teton County Courthouse Annex located at 19 South Main AVE in Choteau.  Information regarding the Search and Rescue may be answered through the Teton County Sheriff’s Office.
